Clouds of Jupiter - Curt Fleenor Photography

At one time or another you’ve probably seen photos or movies of the tumultuous clouds encircling the planet Jupiter. Being a self-diagnosed astronomy addict, I’ve seen more than my fair share of images of the churning bands of gas speeding around this king of planets. The more I looked at this shot the more the structure of the whitecaps reminded me of the many images I have seen of Jupiter’s atmosphere. I could begin to see how it could be stretched, twisted and molded to reflect what I have seen and what I have imagined.
