Stand Against Time
I’ve been spending a lot of time over the last several weeks simply taking in what other photographers are doing in the niche of photo-abstract/manipulations. I have found that the possibilities for these images really are limitless. I recently came across a technique for creating an image with a heavily blurred background while keeping one or more elements stationary and thought I would try my hand at it. The concept is very simple and can be accomplished with a few layers in Photoshop. The end result is an image with deep visual and conceptual contrasts.
